Charlie is dedicated to opening doors for the next generation. As Early Careers Manager, she works closely with local colleges, universities, charities, and social enterprises to create pathways into meaningful work. Her focus is on building opportunities that support young people and underrepresented groups, helping them grow, learn, and thrive within Anglian Larder and beyond.

Dave leads the food vision at Anglian Larder, ensuring every dish reflects the region’s best ingredients and bold flavours. He is passionate about working with local producers and crafting menus that balance quality, sustainability, and creativity. With Dave at the helm, food is never just served, it’s celebrated.
